If you are like me, I struggled getting back into working out. I would go for a week or two, then I’d be to sore or thought life was to busy for this right now, so I’d stop going. With 605 Grit and Grit 44, I’ve had an amazing experience in the 1st 6 weeks of working out. The classes that are offered are great for any level of experience and are catered to where you are at, along with what you want to get out of the class. The other members have been very welcoming, answer questions when needed, and encouraging. The trainers and coaches have kept me motivated, and wanting to come back. They also have done a great job on holding me accountable…which I needed! Thank you 605 Grit for helping me change my life and habits!! I would recommend this gym to anyone looking at taking the next step on your workout journey.

UPDATE: over a year ago I reviewed the gym. This is an update. The fact that I am still going here regularly is a first for me. When I started I picked a trainer from a list and showed up. Samuel is beyond expectations. Once per week for 30 minutes and it is fun! I am way more active in general now also lost 35 pounds. I have never felt uncomfortable or out of place which I mention because I am 71yo totally sedentary when I began and honestly believe this added years to my healthy life. Give it a try. Oh and it is affordable worth it.
